St Paul’s College holds an event called Surreal Sounds where we were contracted to supply the College with 200 LM of temporary fencing, 200 LM crowd control barriers and fourteen portable toilets. This event has strict push in and push out times where we had to ensure we had a crew ready to go upon arrival and each staff member knew the operational plan to get the equipment unloaded and in place. A plan was implanted prior to the install day and the team was briefed and trucks loaded in accordance with the requirements to ensure the installation and dismantle of all fencing and portable toilets happened in the required times.
